2024 has been a transformative year for Voyantis and for our customers. We’re incredibly proud of the growth, efficiency and Unit Economics improvements you have managed to achieve, and we’re honored to be part of your journey. Guided by our mission to redefine growth through value optimization, we’ve focused on creating, identifying, and prioritizing value as the key driver of revenue and exceptional customer experiences, taking them to the next level.

In 2024, we amplified growth for incredible brands across Mobile Apps, Fintech, Crypto, Food Delivery, Health & Wellness, DTC, PLG, and beyond—blending predictive insights with clear prescriptive actions to unlock new opportunities.

In the process, we’ve significantly increased our investment in expanding product capabilities to deliver what you’ve been asking for, as well as tripled our ARR, a clear testament to the value and trust we’re increasingly building in the market.

As we close out 2024, we want to reflect on the progress we’ve made for you and offer a glimpse into what’s ahead for 2025.

Growth Across the Customer Lifecycle

In complete alignment with our mission, we have piloted and expanded predictive and prescriptive solutions for all stages of the customer growth journey: Acquisition, Activation, Upsell, and Retention, which can be leveraged with  Customer Engagement platforms like Braze to deliver measurable value. Predictive AI helps Growth teams anticipate what’s likely to happen, while Prescriptive AI guides them on the actions they should take to achieve their desired outcome—for example, determining the optimal discount rate to drive conversions for desired customer cohorts.

In 2025, we’re excited to expand these lifecycle optimization tools to more customers. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more about predictive solutions for life-cycle management. 

Maximizing Ad Network ROI & Solution Coverage: 

In 2024, we made significant strides to unlock greater value and expanded reach for you across Google and Meta by formalizing meaningful strategic partnerships with both these networks:

  • On Meta, we drove efficient growth by using new predictive signaling strategies that better reflect user LTV, maximizing ROAS while controlling CPAs. 
  • Another key highlight was joining Meta’s exclusive pLTV beta program, opening new opportunities for targeted, value-driven optimization.
  • On Google, we unlocked value-driven solutions for YouTube. By addressing ‘ad-view-to-conversion’ measurement challenges with Enhanced Conversions for Leads (ECL), we boosted tracked conversions to enable predictive and prescriptive optimization.

In 2025, we will further expand our predictive signaling capabilities, unlock additional campaign types, and explore new ad networks to amplify your reach.

Advancing AI Quality, Monitoring & Automation

Improving prediction reliability was a key focus in 2024. We continued our investment in our robust ML monitoring & alerting infrastructure:

  • We’ve expanded our alert coverage on model inputs and outputs to bolster automation.
  • To improve processes we’ve established a Tier 1 Models Tech-Ops team to reduce resolution times. 


2025 marks a new chapter of innovation as we expand automation, accelerate the resolution of model and data drifts, and deliver high-quality predictions right from user sign-up to create even greater impact.

Introducing a Customer Platform

Transparency matters. In 2025, we’ll launch a customer-facing platform to provide deeper visibility into predictive insights, tools to evaluate and track Voyantis model performance, and more actionable ways to leverage predictions.

Investing in People and Processes

Technology is just part of the equation. Ensuring your frictionless ongoing success is fundamental to our approach. Voyantis has doubled our team across the board and tripled our Customer Success team, while expanding our NYC and SF offices to provide world-class support as your trusted partner.

The Road Ahead

2024 was just the beginning. In 2025, we’ll continue unlocking new levels of growth, efficiency, and value. We’re excited for what’s ahead—let’s make 2025 your best year yet!
